The peeling film required several repeat visits to rectify, and continued to peel despite these visits. Unfortunately, Jay’s workmanship resulted in some minor damage to the vehicle and peeling of the film in multiple locations. He failed to lower the price or otherwise rectify the situation in any way. I brought this concern to Jay, who refused to disclose how much money he saved from his deceptive business practice. Rather, he simply installed a cheaper film (SunTek Ultra), directly breaching our agreement. I was disappointed to find Jay hadn’t given me a deal at all. However, when he offered to make a deal with me and apply the film to the entire vehicle at a lower cost than his competitors-PLUS add ceramics on top of it-I was convinced to spend the extra money. Initially, I was planning to have the film installed over only part of the vehicle.

I paid Jay to install a SunTek Reaction Paint Protection Film to my new car. This required multiple repeat visits for film correction, with some continued peeling thereafter. In addition, his workmanship was inadequate, resulting in minor damage to my vehicle, and peeling of the film he installed. Jay engaged in deceptive business practices, installing a different (cheaper) paint protection film than the one he had agreed to provide.
